Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for the Edith Cowan University Scholarships 2024 are as follows:

  • You have a special invitation to join ECU for a higher degree program, either a PhD or an integrated PhD research course.
  • You are not eligible for the scholarship if you have received an Australia Award scholarship within the last 2 years.
  • You need to be able to begin your studies at the school by October 1, 2024.
  • If you have completed a Research Doctorate Degree or equivalent in Australia, you are not eligible to apply.
  • Those applicants who have received a stipend scholarship income of more than 75% of the basic stipend rate are also not eligible to apply.
  • Those applicants who have started after Semester 1, 2024 in Doctor of Philosophy (Integrated) J42 are not eligible.
