In order to expand beyond UBAYA, Additionally the University of Surabaya (UNESA) also offers the UNESA International Student Scholarship (ISS). It will cover student’s tuition fees, dormitory accommodation, and an Indonesian language program for eligible undergraduate, master’s, doctoral, and BIPA (Indonesian language preparatory) program students. Language and Eligibility Criteria:
- Most of the programs require Bahasa Indonesia Proficiency at the University of Surabaya, although some may offer courses in English.
- International Students except Indonesian citizens with excellent academic records.
- A proficiency proof of the Indonesian language is required by the UNESA ISS scholarship.
