Financial Benefits
Applicants will get free Tuition Fee, Accommodation, and a Monthly Stipend as well as:
- Undergraduate Students will receive 65 EURO per Month,
- Master Students will receive 75 EURO per Month
- Ph.D. Students 85 EURO per Month
Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for the Government of Romania Scholarship are as follows:
- Applicants from any country except European member states can apply.
- Applicants must not hold Romanian citizenship.
- For Bachelor & Master Studies candidates must not be above 35 years of age.
- For Doctoral or postgraduate studies 45 Years of age respectively.

Duration of the Scholarship Program:
- The duration of the Undergraduate Scholarship is 3 to 6 years
- The duration of the Master’s Program is 1.5 to 2 years
- The duration of the Doctorate Degree is 3 to 4 years.
