In 2024, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan is offering 550 scholarships to international applicants. Now students from all around the world can apply for this prestigious scholarship program.
They can pursue their higher studies like Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD degree programs at Kazakhstani universities. There are a total of 36 universities that have participated in this scholarship program. 490 for the Bachelor’s degree program, 50 for Master’s degree program, and 10 for PhD degree program. The Kazakhstan scholarship is available for a full-time degree program.

The scholarship will cover the full tuition fee and also provide a monthly allowance to international students.

Eligibility Criteria
You must have fulfilled the following eligibility criteria to get the Kazakhstan Government scholarship.
- All international applicants except the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan are eligible to apply.
- Applicants must have a secondary education degree with good scores for a Bachelor’s degree scholarship.
- Applicants must possess a bachelor/diploma/equivalent degree with at least a 3.0 GPA for a Master’s degree scholarship.
- Applicants must have an International Certificate of Foreign Language Proficiency.
- Applicants must have a diploma/master’s or equivalent degree with at least a 3.0/4.00 GPA for PhD degree scholarship.
