Applications for the KOICA Scholarship program are currently open now for the academic year 2024. International students from developing countries are eligible to apply for the KOICA scholarship. Why is this program called KOICA? Basically, this scholarship is offered by the Korean International Cooperation Agency which is why it is called the KOICA Scholarship.
The program will cover all your expenses such as a Tuition Fee, monthly stipend, settlement allowance, insurance, Airfare, accommodation, extracurricular activities, scholarship completion grant, and much more for the duration of the degree. In 2024, the KOICA is offering 20 Master’s and 5 Doctoral degree programs to international applicants.

The Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Scholarship will cover:
- Full Tuition covered.
- Monthly Allowance KRW 999,000 Per month
- Settlement Allowance of KRW 600,000 for Master’s degree and KRW 1,200,000 for Doctoral degree. (Only For Once)
- National Health Insurance
- Scholarship Completion Grants of KRW 300,000 For Master’s and KRW 600,000 for Doctoral.

Eligibility Criteria
- You must be from an eligible country (the list of eligible countries is on the official website)
- You must hold a bachelor’s degree
- Under the age of 40
