What is Netherlands Seasonal Work Visa?
It is a type of visa that allows international applicants from outside the EU countries to work up to 24 weeks (6 months) in the agricultural and horticulture sector. This will require non-EU citizens to first receive a job offer, obtain a work permit, and the end apply for a visa at an embassy. Nationals of EU countries do not require any work permit or visa to travel to the Netherlands. They only have an ID or Passport to enter the Netherlands.

Seasonal Work Visa Requirements
- You can only work for 24 weeks or 6 months in the Netherlands.
- Your employer in the Netherlands must arrange suitable accommodation for you.
- Valid passport and visa (Only for non-EU nationals).
- Must have an Employment contract with complete details such as your job type, salary, and working hours.

Applicants will receive an amount of € 2,069.40 as Gross SV salary/month without holiday allowance.

How to Apply?
Before applying for the Seasonal work Visa a candidate needs a confirmed seasonal job offer from a Dutch employer. Your Netherlands employer will sponsor you and apply for a Single Permit (GVVA) with the Dutch Immigration and Naturalization Service (IND).
After the work permit approval, apply for the Provisional residence permit (MVV). It is a long-stay visa sticker (Type D) which is only required for those applicants/workers who are staying for more than 3 months.
